Old school motel.. It's cozy more like a stop in place if you really need to.
I needed to stay for 5 nights. The hotel was booked solid, however they offered me to stay in one of their 2 trailers. I agreed and very glad I did. Loved the trailer! I would take this option over a room anytime. Fantastic customer service.... I will always choose this hotel over any others when working here again.
I have been staying at this motel for about three weeks because I recently found work in the area and I have had zero issues. The rooms are always very clean and the staff very accommodating. When I read Mrs Crichtons review I almost had to double check to make sure we are reviewing the same establishment. I feel that had Mrs Crichton put more focus on being punctual she may not of had the issues she reported. I mean it is after all a "Ma and Pa" establishment so understandably after an hour with no call everyone would be asleep. I could see being 10-20 min late at a decent hour and how that would be frustrating, but not nearly as frustrating as waiting for hours for someone who didn't have the common sense to call to give an update on eta. I know the owner has been super accommodating to me and all of her staff works extremely hard from what I can see. All the bedding is always clean (fresh smell clean) and walls and carpets also spotless. I also enjoy having the upgraded security with more cameras then one can count although the motel is on the outskirts of town so foot traffic is minimum. I would recommend this motel in an instant because unlike Mrs Crichton, I find the owner and staff very personable and professional and the rooms are very clean, comfortable with an affordable price. Overall very pleased with the experience.
